I. TWO LEVEL 1 GRIEVANCES
FILED WITH ADMINISTRATION
AGAINST HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
AND HIS CHOICE TO RETALIATE
BY REJECTING THE HOMESCHOOL
When you file a grievance in Point Isabel ISD you will be meeting with whomever you file the grievance against.
It will most likely not work out favorably for you if it’s the high school principal due to gaslighting, stonewalling, psy-ops techniques he uses against people.
My experience at the level 1 was:
I was told where to sit.
The room was pre-rigged: there was a huge microphone in front of me and four admins in the room, plus the Principal
A Peace Officer was present in the room.
I was videotaped.
I was audio recorded.
It was another psy-ops operation.
I did have an opportunity to express, for the most part, what I believe free from having to appease the people in the room.
It was an interrogation session.
It was an inquisition.
II. MANY MODELS OF EDUCATION:
CAN THEY BE INTEGRATED?
EXCERPT FROM “STILL”:
HOW is PIISD “evaluating” #VCHS’s curriculum–how was VCHS’s curriculum “validated” and “verified”?
Is the same “verification” being used with the Homeschool High School Transcript?
When PIISD submits their High School Transcripts, how are the colleges and universities, etc. “receiving” the Transcripts? Are these organizations asking for PIISD to “validate” and “verify” their curriculum?
NO. Of course not?
Then why is the principal of Port Isabel High School requiring this of Homeschoolers and not the private school in Brownsville, TX?
((Answer: Because he’s retaliating against my daughter and I because of a Level I grievance I filed against him)).
HOW Are Our Children Being Assessed?
WHY was my child being assessed in certain subjects but not others to prooove completion of a course-of-study she has been already given credit for?
WHAT tools are being used to assess our children in public school?
WHO is profiting off of these assessments on our children?
In my case, the assessments are being pushed on my child to prooove or disproooove a course has been taken on the Homeschool Transcript, yet NOT on the High School Transcript from VCHS.
Both are separate private schools in the State of Texas.
We say, “NO!” and, “You may NOT assess my child using your standard of measurement to determine if her Homeschool Transcript is valid and legitimate.
All three transcripts use different standards of measurement to assess completion. All three transcripts stand on their own, are mutually exclusive, yet two are under private schools in the State of Texas.
It is unnecessary to assess students who have already completed courses in private schools.
He is retaliating.
IV. ATTEMPT BY PRINCIPAL
TO PROOOOVE “ILLEGITIMACY”
BASED ON A FALSE PREMISE
Principal believes Homeschool is “no school” and stated such at Board Meeting on August 21, 2018.
V. RESCUING PEOPLE:
A “gateway” into human trafficking in our region connected with the dental and medical field is through the high school principal and his sexual provocations and assaults at the entrance onto the high school campus.
Four+ people have been strategic in rescuing my children and I out of a human trafficking ring operating through the education and dental field between Port Isabel,TX and Harlingen, TX.

If it were not for these people and prayer teams praying for my family, my children and I wouldn’t haven’t been rescued out of a trafficking ring I believe began for me AT THE ENTRANCE of Port Isabel High School with the principal, continuing through a dentist in Port Isabel, TX, then routed to Harlingen, TX.
WHAT AM I BEING ASKED
What part of the culture in the Laguna Madre Region in Point Isabel ISD don’t I “understand”, according to the principal of the high school?
What culture, one must wonder?
The occult culture?
The rape culture?
The sexual assault culture?
The oppressing women and children culture?
The abusive culture?
Which “culture” is he referencing, exactly?
He holds it against the Parent reporting him that she doesn’t speak Spanish fluently enough?
WHERE was this statement made of “not understanding the culture”: at the “top step”—at the top step of the highest academic level one can be enrolled at in PIISD.
“He’s not going to be protected by Title IX forever.” –the word of encouragement that has come in for our community–The #LagunaMADREregion of #SouthTexas in the #RGV.
He is protected by “Title IX”, this is why his abuse is allowed to continue.
VII: CLOSING STATEMENTS
By rejecting the Homeschool Transcript at PIHS, 12.5 credits my daughter worked hard to earn will be denied her.
VCHS allotted 6 credits. VCHS needs to review the transcript they released for my daughter and be sure all credits were allotted.
5 full credits + 4 (.5 credits) = 7 credits from VCHS.
So, #VCHS, it’s a matter of re-submitting a completed transcript to us and to PIHS.
This means my daughter has 19.5 credits earned behind her going into PIHS.
Only one (Bible) won’t be applied by “the state”.
Also, Homeschoolers have the freedom of using an integrated approach to applying credits earned for completed courses that the compartmentalized, public system does not have.
Aside from this, new, unbiased investigations are needed here in the public school district into PIHS for the safety of young Learners and the community here.
The investigation report is not accurate, is biased, skewed, and can easily be disproven paragraph by paragraph on the basis of many discrepancies.
